Vignette created for L’Oréal Fashion Week, distributed by web, CD ROM, email, and through presentations to event sponsors. (2003)
Description
Produced under my direction, this selection of new media work marks the years after the dot com bubble of 2000 (the bust), and chronicles an important decade in the history of web. Selected projects begin in the era of CD ROMs and progress toward the early years of Flash. As web browsers became more sophisticated, online programming eventually replaced most offline interactivity. CD ROMs became obsolete as highspeed bandwidth became the standard.
