Esther is an interactive documentary filmmaker of web and film living in Toronto. A dual citizen of the US and Canada, she was born in San Francisco and spent her childhood and young adult years in London, Ontario. Raised in a family business, she combines her affinity for small business with a corporate career in import buying (HBC) and over fourteen years in web development. As a documentarian, her niche is the interview. Online, her work explores the net as a medium for mass communication and the deconstruction of complex issues through an engaging user experience and relevant content.

Esther holds a Masters in Documentary Media (Ryerson),  BA in Political Science (UWO), Certificate in Film Directing (Cuba, EICTV), Teacher in Adult Training Certificate, and a Diploma in New Media Technologies.
